WHAT IS GENERATION NANNY’S ROLE IN THE ARRANGEMENTS BETWEEN the NANNY/SITTER AND the FAMILY?
Generation Nanny offers matching services, referral services, and coordinating/consulting services. Generation Nanny does not represent the nanny/sitter as an employer, the Family is the employer and will be 100% responsible for the arrangement with their employee (the Nanny/Sitter).
** In light of the recent school closures Audrey is working with local educators and community members to recruit temporary, nannies and babysitters to help families with their childcare needs during this time.
